VA Sec. Robert McDonald is spending his time in Hawaii with boots on the ground to investigate problems with the Hawaii VA system. The Secretary is continuing to demand accountability for VA Employee’s cooking the books, not reporting accurately, and the manipulation of records. The lies by the Hawaii VA, the delay and denial of benefits and services to Veterans. Secretary McDonald spoke to Tina Quizon off camera and on camera about the Retaliation by the VA against Tina a Navy Veteran who received no protection as a Whistle Blower and experiencing Homelessness.

Tina has been retaliated against by the Andrew Dahlberg and the VA Homeless program, after Tina documented and filed several formal complaints in 2013 to Retired General Shinseki, Tina only received auto-reply’s from General Shinseki, no investigation and no follow up.
Tina was denied any due process, the VA Homeless Director Andrew Dahlberg and the VA employees were allowed to self investigated themselves and the Vendor U.S.Vets/YWCA all saying the VA, U.S. Vets/YWCA did nothing wrong when the U.S. Vets/YWCA left Homeless Female Veterans Personal & Medical out unsecured.

The VA Vendor the U.S. Vets/YWCA was feeding Female Veterans “4 month old expired Rotten Meat”, these are just a few of the formal complains that have gone unaddressed. Employees stoled a YWCA teens I-pad to conceal and delete evidence of photo’s of the Homeless Female Veterans. The VA Vendor Employee Michelle Mcdow (Shelly) was allowed to use the Government Vehicle for her personal use to take the Homeless Female Veterans to her Church’s Mega Garage Sale to work for free and to had out religious flyers. Yet Michelle Mcdow a U.S.Vets Employee told the Homeless Female Veterans she could not get the Government Vehicle to bring the Women to Barbers Point U.S. Vets to access to the donated clothes given by the community. These are just a few of the formal complains made by Navy Veteran Tina Quizon that have gone unaddressed. The VA Secretary Robert McDonald is looking into the retaliation by the Hawaii Veterans Affairs against Tina whose has been unprotected and punished as a Whistle Blower.
