It was a historcial Pride Parade as Mayor Kirk Caldwell of Honolulu was the 1st Mayor in the history of the 23 year march for equality & equal rights for LGBTQ especially in Marraige to have a Honolulu City Mayor openly particpate, march. Mayor Caldwell also spoke to a captive caring audience in support of Gay Marraige and the reforms needed in DOMA and other laws that impede upon the civil rights of others who have no rights and freedom to have freedom of choice.

Mayor Caldwell’s speech will broadcast this Sunday on Pathways to Paradise TV Show. Mayor Caldwell shares about the importance of our leaders and community to Stand up, Stand out, Stand proud for equality for everyone. This years Parade was historical as Honolulu’s Mayor openly walked and suppported Gay Marraige listen to his speech this sunday June 16, 2013 on “Pathways to Paradise” TV Show Mayor Caldwell speaks about the need to reform DOMA and the importance of equal rights for all.
