IPad with US Vets Clients photos evidence that was deleted by Rhonda Jones the YWCA Resident Manager to cover up the racism and discrimination against me.

As a Veteran, I am having to advocate for myself and will forever now be an advocate for Veterans, having experienced my own racism and discrimination from the VA, the U.S. Vets and the YWCA. I understand more than ever the plight of our fellow Veterans, while the administration of the U.S. Vets, the VA and the YWCA painfully and intentionally targeted me a female veteran in the homeless program at the U.S. Vets/YWCA Fernhurst on Oahu to cover up the racism and discrimination by Mr.Darryl Vincent and Mr. Andrew Dahlburg I was experiencing for filing complaints to Retired General Shinseki. For being denied my Freedom of Press and was harassed for securing my unsecured medical files and my personal information left out along with other client’s files unattended in the YWCA dining room and in other areas on several occasions.

I then uncovered the bigger and deeper “cover up”, the theft of a YWCA clients mini Ipad for the deleting of evidence by the YWCA Resident Manager Rhonda Jones in collusion with the U.S. Vets to hide photos taken on the premises at the U.S. Vets/YWCA Fernhurst facility, evidence of photos showing U.S. Vets Clients. The taking of photos of U.S. Vets clients was what I was accused of and written up for and now being evicted from the U.S. Vets YWCA facility. This is just the top slice of the “rotten meat” and of the reported actions to the Oahu YWCA interim CEO, Ms. Noriko Namaki that Rhonda Jones swore at and verbally attacked the YWCA client for questioning Rhonda’s actions to take into her own possession and deleting all the information and photo evidence on the YWCA client’s mini Ipad.

My eviction letter also falsely accused me of trying to take a U.S. Vets Clients cell phone. And that the U.S. Vets Client had supposedly wrote a complaint that I attempted to take a cell phone. When I asked Jennifer Lloyd the Clinical Director and Dr Kim Cook, the CEO of the U.S. Vets, along with Misty Kiyuna and Andrew Dahlburg of the Veterans Administration for the details of the accusation and the other verbal and written complaints by unnamed U.S. Vets clients, I was denied and refused details of the who, what and when and any opportunity for a defense of the false accusation. I was then told by the VA and the U.S. Vets Administration that they had to protect the confidentiality of the other U.S. Vets client.

And yet the U.S. Vets Administration, the VA and the YWCA did not protect my confidentiality and spoke openly about me to other U.S. Vets clients to make harm against me. Disregarded the U.S. Vets staffs actions of not protecting my confidentiality by leaving my medical files and my personal information out unsecured. Retired General Shinseki has never contacted me and the VA has refused to do any independent investigation and interview me independently, but has chosen to ignore and disregard my formal complaint, while Andrew Dahlburg and Misty Kiyuna of the Veterans Administration hand stamped and signed off my official eviction letter to transition me back to the streets “homeless”. As a Veteran, I have to advocate for myself and it is to an empty war room and a missing audience of leadership at the top. And I was actually told by the United States Veterans Initiative (U.S. Vets) Clinical Director Jennifer Lloyd that Retired General Shinseki and the VA don’t care about veterans and they are mad at me and aren’t going to do any investigation to stop writing to retired General Shinseki.

Hi Tina,

This is to acknowledge the receipt of your note. I will look into the YWCA’s involvement in this matter. I am also planning to include U.S.VETS in the review process as you are a client of the U.S.VETS program.

Thank you for your note.

Pathways to Paradise TV Show by Tina Quizon we get down to the rotten meat of “Not Protecting the rights of Veterans” as the order of the day from the Veterans Administration and the U.S. Vets. We also posted on April 6, 2013 in our article as first reported on the Carroll Cox Radio Show about the complaints of the issues and the growing concerns with the lack of checks and balances that would protect the rights of our veterans. And although it was the Carroll Cox Show that broke this story of the 4 month old expired luncheon meat being served to Female Veterans, other media outlets were also informed, “the Honolulu Star Advertiser” city editor Marsha Mcfadden, the local news stations KGMB, KHON, KITV which have chosen to ignore the growing complaints and only portray a “sweet as sugar cane” portrait of the monkey business with daily ongoings and misuse with the federal funding.

It is also revealed to the Carroll Cox radio show how the Media outlets, “the Honolulu Star Advertiser” city editor Marsha Mcfadden, the local news stations KGMB, KHON, KITV turned a blind eye to help ensure that our tax payers money and the services being provided by the vendor U.S. Vets is not harming or dis-empowering the veterans. That the funding, federal equipment and vehicles provided by the Veterans Administration is not misused for an “employees own personal private use” for religious church functions.
