The group of veterans address the need for more action and concerns with the lack of compassion and respect for people who may have fallen on hard times, it is just one of the many dialogues needed to combat against the New War on Poverty and Homelessness. Alexander gives a reminder to all of us about the importance of learning about our past history.

Lt. Colonel Alexander Jefferson added, “To not hinder others through ignorance, discrimination and racism.”
