“Veterans of color” Directed by Mark Parry will be shown this evening at the Honolulu Museum of Art at 900 S. Beretania, Honolulu HI 96814 In the review from the Honolulu Academy of arts “Veterans of Color gives a voice to the stories of the African-American men and women who have served in our nation’s Armed Forces. Spanning the experiences of veterans who served from World War II through Vietnam and more recent armed conflicts, Veterans of Color tells the history of heroic service from soldiers of all stripes who had to conquer the enemy while battling for equality.”

And we had the honor to interview Lt Col William H. Holloman III an African American Tuskegee WWII Pilot, on our TV Show “Pathways to Paradise” with Tina Quizon, this inspiring TV Interview was filmed here in Hawaii in 2009, he past away in 2010, and we are proud to rebroadcast his interview in honor and memory of his life, inspiration to Humanity, to others and love for life.

His inspiration, energy and courage will never be forgotten. He shared that they were fighting two wars, “the War with Hitler and the Race War at home, both to preserve Democracy.”

This is an important part of history that needs to be shared with each generation. George Lucas recently shared his struggles in creating the newest movie in his interview with Oprah Winfrey, she also interviewed the some of the actors. We truly are grateful to have been given the privilege to have interview an actual Tuskegee Pilot and to share his inspiration globally.
